Connect your bank account via Ponto (Isabel Group). Propria imports incoming transactions and automatically matches them to expected rent payments using rule-based scoring and optional AI assistance.
Is there a mobile app for condition reports?
Yes. Propria includes a mobile PWA for field inspections — capture photos, fill room-by-room reports, and sync everything to the dashboard when back online.
