Propria uses subscription tiers with an included unit cap. If you exceed your plan, overage is billed per unit per month — so you get predictable base pricing without pure per-unit-only billing.
Each rentable unit with an active or future lease counts toward your cap — e.g. an apartment, studio, or commercial space. Parking or storage billed with a lease can be discussed during onboarding.
Yes, on every plan. You connect your bank in Propria — no extra fee beyond the subscription.
Yes. Pro and Enterprise include it, with your own Propria address. On Solo, it is available as an option (+ €20 / month).
